Please read before booking so that you are aware of all site rules & reservation rules pertaining to both your reservation and stay
General Rules & Guidlines
-Check in time is from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm
-Check out is 12:00 pm
-All reservations are held for 24 hours, until 2pm on the day after your reservation begins. If you have not checked in by that time, the site will be released as a first come first served (FCFS) site, your entire reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
-Unpaid visitors must leave by 10:00 pm
-Quiet time is between 11pm-7am, you may not cause any loud noise that could disturb the peace of your fellow campers such as generators or music.
Fees Permits & Length of Stay:
-Some of our sites are available on a first come first served basis. Site fees and additional vehicle fees are collected by the site host each evening at check in (Cash only) and permits will be issued at that time.
-Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive days. After 14 days, guests must vacate the recreation site for at least 72 hours consecutive hours.
-Maximum site occupancy is 6 people for a single site, 12 people for a double site inclusive of children.
-Maximum site occupancy includes all of the people at the site at the same time, including both overnight campers and day visitors.
if the maximum number of occupants is exceeded,additional guests will not be permitted to stay on-site and must book another campsite, if available.
-Campsites may NOT be held. Camper must be present each night. Unattended items in unpermitted campsites (including RV's0 may be removed at owner's expense.
-reservations are not transferrable. The reservation holder's name must be provided at time of booking and cannot be added or changed later. any reservation holders found to be transferring or selling their reservations to another party risk their reservation being cancelled without a refund.
-The reservation holder must be present upon arrival and during the stay.
Identification may be required to keep the reservation valid.
Guest Conduct, Safety & Eligibility:
-Campers under 19 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
-Firearms, fireworks, bows, crossbows, BB guns,airsoft guns, pellet guns,slingshots and traps are Strictly prohibited
-alcohol, cannabis and tobacco use is permitted within your campsite only
and is prohibited in day use and common areas, including roads and trails.
- Do not build any long term or semi-permanent structures.All materials,ropes and equipment must be removed before departure.
-Do not cut, damage, or alter trees including placing nails or cutting/burning deadfall
-do not paint, draw or carve on structures, rocks or trees.
-Picnic tables and fire rings must not be moved.
Vehicles & Parking:
-Maximum speed limit on site is 10 KM/h for all vehicles including bikes.
-All vehicles parking overnight incur a $10 charge payable in cash to site host. All vehicles must be parked within your assigned campsite.
Roadways MUST be kept clear at all times for emergency access.
-Helmets must be worn on site when riding any recreational type of vehicle including bikes.
Pets:
Pets must be quiet, well behaved and leashed at all times, including within your campsite.
-Owners are responsible for their pets and must clean up after them.
-Pets may not be left unattended on-site or inside camping units.
-Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated, non compliant pet owners may be asked to leave the campground.
Garbage & Wildlife Attractants:
-There is NO ON SITE GARBAGE COLLECTION. Pack it in, pack it out.
-Keep your campsite and fire ring free of wildlife attractants at all times.
-Do not dispose of garbage in outhouses or anywhere on the property.
- Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Fire rings, bushes, creek, outhouses and roadways are NOT ashtrays.
-Food waste does not compost instantly. Do not dispose of teabags, fruit or food scraps in bushes as the attract wildlife.
Campfires:
Maximum campfire size is 19"x19" (50cm x 50 cm)
Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings. Fires are not allowed in common areas such as creekside or trails.
Do not burn treated, painted or contaminated wood.
-CSA approved propane fire pits are permitted within campsite only. Charcoal BBQ's are not permitted during fire bans.
-Campfires and propane fire pits must be attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving. Flames must be out and coals cool to the touch.
-All fire bans and wildfire regulations must be strictly followed. Failure to comply may result in fines and being asked to leave the campgroud.
Site Fees:
-Single sites $20 per night
-Double Sites $40 per night
-Extra cars $10 per car.
-Reservation fee $18
-FCFS sites can include a 50 % discount for seniors or persons with disabilities with proper supporting documents provided by the government.
Payment: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking on our website via credit card.
Reservation Window: You may book a site up to 60 days in advance and no later then 24 hours before your arrival date.
Reservation fee: A fee of $18 applies to each online reservation and is non refundable.
Minimum Stay: All reservations require a minimum of 2 nights. Single night bookings are not Available online but may be possible at the FCFS sites.
Discounts: No discounts are available for reservations. Seniors and PWD discounts only apply to FCFS guests on site.
Changes & Modifications: Site number booking changes may be possible before arrival based upon availability and only by written email request at managers discretion.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be must be completed using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.Camping fees are refundable if a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more before your stay. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancelation. Reservation fees are non refundable
NO REFUNDS will be issued for factors beyond our control including severe weather, smoke, medical reasons, changes in plans, forgetting or abandoning your reservation, leaving early or campsite eviction. In keeping with fairness and consistency please understand that no exceptions will be made.
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any stay without refund
